Bibhas Mondal has been working in the technology consulting field since April 2014. From June 2017 onwards, he has also been practicing as an independent management consultant, focusing on social enterprises, and both non-profit and for-profit organizations within the development sector. He is also a regular speaker at various prestigious management schools across India. He has a keen interest on management research and has published his work in reputed journals and publications.

He began his management career as a technology consultant at Cognizant Business Consulting and is currently working with Capgemini Invent in India. Prior to this, he worked as a software engineer at Tata Consultancy Services immediately after completing his engineering degree.

​

Bibhas holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (P.G.D.M.) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur. He completed his higher secondary education at the DAV Model School, Durgapur, and his schooling at St. Xavier's School, Durgapur.

Dividing his time between Kolkata and Durgapur, Bibhas values spending quality time with his family and indulging in writing, often reflecting on the world’s complexities. Known for his independent thinking, he takes time to carefully evaluate his thoughts and insights, prioritizing depth over immediacy.
